Hugo Family Shoot

Okay so this weekend has literally drained every ounce of energy I need to start the week! I think Saturday I left the house at 10, and came home at 6, briefly, before heading out to (another)  bbq untill 11! It was great but exhausting all the same! However, one of the highlights of Saturday was shooting the Hugo Family.

This was such a blessing. Up until now I have only really shot pictures of my family or still objects so this was definitely a challenge doing a family of seven. However I am so honored my friend let me shoot her family and trusted me enough to do this as well as provided grace where it was needed to me. I learned a lot primarily about entertaining a three year old, yelling at silly boys, and A LOT about my camera. For example next time i will move objects closer when clients want such large back image, and lightening, yes, sweet Jesus,  I need to learn more about lightening! But I'm so thankful for the grace of others in this process with me. We all start somewhere and I am learning to even give myself grace in everything I do especially my photography! Have a blessed week!
